How soon do orders ship?
If the website allows you to add to cart, the product is IN STOCK. If the order is placed prior to the 12pm PST cut off on a business day, your order will ship same day. If the order is placed after the time cut off, the order will be shipped the very next business day (holidays excluded).
I want to change the payment method used after I placed the order, how can we do that?
Please refer to our Refund Policy. In short, every time a payment method is used, payment processors charge the business a fee that they do not refund. As long as the customer covers that fee, we can refund and charge a new payment method.
What needs to be done to make sure I have a warranty through Baja Designs?
There are two options, a proof of purchase (e-mailed invoice from OFF CONSTANTLY DESIGN) or registering your product with Baja Designs after purchase. The advantage of registering would be so that you don't need to worry about storing any invoice(s) yourself as that information would be stored on Baja Designs' computer systems. We always recommend that customers keep a copy of their invoices as businesses can change computer software and things slip through cracks!
I'm having trouble with installing a product, how can I get assistance?
At this time, we are so small that we do not have a phone line. If there is anything at all with anything that we sell, please e-mail us at offconstantlydesign@gmail.com
If I have questions, should I e-mail you or just message through social media?
PLEASE e-mail us. E-mail will always be the priority for us to check. Social media accounts are not an official way for us to communicate and won't be treated as such.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time! We are still very new, and once we are more comfortable with business and have operations smoothed out we will focus on shipping internationally.
I purchased a product that has been sitting on my shelf in the same box it was delivered in, can I return this?
Please refer to our Refund Policy. In short, if it's been 31 days or more after the invoice date, we do not offer returns or refunds no matter the situation.
