Refund policy

Here at Off Constantly Design, customer satisfaction is a driving core priority. Off Constantly Design gives you 30 days to determine whether you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have concerns, questions or need assistance with a product, please reach out. We are a small company that care deeply about the products that we believe in. We have found that when a product is not working as expected, a few adjustments or corrections can often set things right.

Off Constantly Design does not have an unconditional, 100% money back guarantee. We get that life happens, and that's why we do have a 30 day window from when the order is placed that a customer can cancel or return if they so choose. 

Cancellations prior to an order being shipped will be subject to a 3-6% fee as this is what the payment processors charge us every time a charge is ran. The varying fee is dictated by the payment processor, as each payment method has it's own rate that we are billed for.

All returns are subject to a twenty percent (20%) handling charge of the sales price of returned product and will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date
  • Product is free from installation/mounting damages
  • Product is in original packaging 
  • Product is in 100% sellable condition
  • Return has an RMA Number attached

If the original packaging is not re-usable, the customer will be charged a box/packaging fee in addition to the handling charge that is dependent on the cost of repacking the item for retail sale.

No returns or product exchanges of any kind will be accepted if received after this period.

After inspection if returned product meets the criteria above, and all components are accounted for, the refund will be issued minus the handling charge.

For all returns, whether warranty related or otherwise, a Return Authorization Number must be obtained and included with the returned shipment. Returns received without a RMA Number will not be processed.

Defective goods, as verified by inspection are not subject to a handling charge.

 

Lost or Stolen Package:

Once an order leaves our facility and is transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer. Off Constantly Design is not responsible for packages lost in transit by the carrier or stolen after delivery. This issue will be between the customer and the local delivery carrier to resolve or between the customer and their home owner insurance, etc. Having a safe delivery location is the responsibility of the customer.

Off Constantly Design does reserve the right to deny refunds or replacements for shipments deemed lost due to carrier error.

If an item is lost in transit or hasn't provided an update post-shipment, please contact us to help initiate an internal search with the carrier. Off Constantly Design is not responsible for packages lost in transit by the carrier. If there is an issue with the shipment, the customer must file the claim directly with the carrier.

 

Inspection:

Processing times can take anywhere between 2-3 business days. Items received without an RMA Number will not be processed.

 

Refunds:

All refunds will be applied to the original payment method used. They are generally issued within 7-10 business days after inspection is complete. Your bank may require additional processing time to reflect the refund in your account. 

 

Baja Designs Product Exchange Policy:

Baja Designs handles all product exchange requests directly, regardless of where the item was purchased, with a valid proof of purchase. Baja Designs offers exchanges for unused items within 90 days from the original invoice date.

Exchanges are limited to one-to-one replacements only. The replacement item(s) must be the same product as the original purchase. A different color option of the same item(s) is acceptable (Ex, LP9 Pro, Spot Pattern, Clear Lens exchanged for a LP9 Driving Combo Pattern, Baja Amber Lens). Baja Designs does not offer exchanges for different products, upgrades or substitutions under this policy.
